I'll be the first to say I was a skeptic, but, it works. Had my first taste of 2% on a club retreat in St. George. We rode into Zion's National Park. Prior to the start a club member said, try this and explained what 2% was. I thought, I got nothing to lose...I didn't lose anything. I was amazed during and after the ride. It was a particularly hard ride out of Zion's with a headwind and I felt up for the challenge; especially my legs. I did feel faster, for longer, and most definitely felt stronger. It does what they say. I was impressed and ordered my own. It just works. Cyclists spend a lot of time and money on trying to make themselves lighter or faster and in most cases it feels like a head game. But 2%? It was real and noticeable. I'm sold. Besides the fact it helps my legs physically, It also has helped me mentally improve my riding. With not having to focus on the pain that comes from long endurance rides, I am able to focus more on the ride and find it amazing how I have been able to power through some tough rides. It has made my rides so much more enjoyable. All I can say is WOW! It really works.
